About De Rose and Associates
DE ROSE AND ASSOCIATES is a pioneer in the development and
implementation of Supply Chain Management. Long before it was known
by that term, the concept was called Materials Management, and our founder
Louis De Rose was Executive Director of the Materials Management
Institute. With the expanding evolution of that concept into Supply
Chain Management, Lou founded his own consultancy to serve a broader
audience in a more hands-on capacity. In addition to working with
senior management executives, De Rose Associates are all skilled and
experienced professionals consulting with functional and operational
management in the areas of:
- Customer demand forecasting
- Production and inventory planning and control
- Logistics and physical distribution
- Outsourcing
- Purchasing
- Contract Administration
- Supply Chain Management team building
